Business Development Lead

TamperSec develops secure physical enclosures for AI hardware. Our product prevents nanometer modifications at AI chips, stopping malicious actors from extracting confidential data, stealing AI model weights, or disabling on-chip governance mechanisms.

As our Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and market expansion for our innovative tamper-detection solutions. Your role will bridge technical insights with business strategy to accelerate our growth in a niche yet critical market segment.
■ Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll take the lead in:
Identify and profile early adopters and target customer segments.
Build strategic relationships with key customers, suppliers, and potential partners.
Work closely with technical teams to translate complex product features into clear, compelling value propositions for early-stage conversations.
Develop and execute targeted outreach initiatives, pilot programs, and partnership agreements.
Represent TamperSec at customer-centric events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance product visibility.
Create compelling proposals and presentations that align our technical advantages with customer needs.
This customizable role allows you to leverage your unique skills and experiences to make a meaningful impact across multiple areas of the company.
■ Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer discovery, stakeholder management, and business development, preferably in the tech, hardware, or security sectors.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment with a track record of driving strategic growth initiatives.

Position: This is a paid, full-time position.
Location: We are hiring for this position in London, San Francisco or remote.
Base Salary: £55,000–£75,000 in London, $110,000–$140,000 in San Francisco.
